Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind.

• Timing: Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched.

• Post-Dispatch: Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. The customer must wait for delivery and then initiate a return request under our Returns Policy.
